Alexander Rudberg
Country Manager Finland, Alight

Alexander Rudberg is the Country Manager in Finland. He joined Alight in 2016 and has been a key driver in scaling the business and team across Europe in different functions, including Business Development, Sales, and People Operations, where he grew the Alight team from 10 to 80+ people. He has in-depth experience and knowledge of recruiting, sales development, and go-to-market experience. He holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from Stockholm University.

Chief Policy Adviser, Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK)

Janne Peljo works as the Chief Policy Advisor on Climate and Biodiversity at the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK). His focus is on the economic and policy dimensions of climate change and biodiversity, with the aim of supporting Finnish businesses’ long-term competitiveness through green growth. Peljo joined EK in 2021 from Sitra, the Finnish Innovation Fund, where he led research initiatives focusing on climate and environment from the perspectives of investors, businesses, the economy and policy making. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Aalto University School of Economics and he also holds the CEMS MIM degree focusing on international business and strategy from Aalto University and HEC Paris.
